Hanna performs a variety of administrative duties, including reception, membership correspondence and enquiries, directly assists the Chamber President and handles all Board of Directors and Chamber Executive meetings and activities. She also handles office correspondence and general office procedures and enquiries. Hanna provides administration assistance for the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce (NOACC) as well.

Martha assists the President Chamber Executive and Chamber Board of Directors through policy research and development projects. She oversees Chamber membership services, and Chamber of Commerce Committees and is responsible for the Chamber E-newsletters and Quarterly Newsletter.

Nancy is responsible for managing and marketing the Chamber's Shows. She currently runs the Central Canada Outdoor Show, Prosperity Northwest "Business Building Business" show, Superior Living health . wellness . leisure Expo, and Wedding Wishes Formal Fair.

Mary Ann assists the Show Manager with all Chamber Shows. She handles all correspondence, general show administration and exhibitor inquiries. Mary Ann can assist members with any show information or bookings.
